In the Gaffa's latest Blog, we look at how our formation / system can be utilised when attacking. Have a look below to see how Clube employs a 4-2-3-1 system, in particular, during an offensive play. Be sure to note your position and its respective role on the park during the attack.

Key Points

- Working as a unit to lock the ball into one side of the pitch
- Defenders always aware of the long ball being played out of hope to the forwards
- Disciplined players ready to move into a defensive setup which eventually presses opponent
- Use your body & positioning to lock the opponents into one side of the pitch - forcing a turnover
